This short video takes a quick look at the inside of our factory
in Manchester UK.
The start of the video shows our workbenches where any
finishing off is done by hand.
It then pans round to the GMM CNC fully automated bridgesaw.
Then onto our Commondulli automated edge polisher.
Then to the end of the workshop where our Denver CNC workstation
is cuttng out a polished bowl for an undermounted sink.
The video film on the right is of our GMM Egil CNC
fully automatic bridgesaw.
The film shows the saw cutting a curve on a
Emerald Pearl island unit.
The island unit was first drawn in autocad
then transfered to the memory in the saws computer.
The saw then takes a photo of the slab to be cut on the saw bed.
Then on the control panel using the touch screen we position the
cad drawing onto the photographed slab.
When we are happy with the position with least waste
we press start.
